Icon Yachts is offering unique Large Super Yacht and Commercial Vessel facilities with open water access for yachts up to 500ft (150m) length and 24ft (7,5m) draft, the yard has already undertaken a number of projects outside the new build sector with a further refit and specialised repaint contracts including the complete re-paint of a number of 60+m yachts.

SCOPE OF WORK – WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU:

• Class surveys and approvals with all major classification societies
• Interior refits, upgrade, soft furnishings, varnish work, specialist in marble works in solid or lightweight honeycomb sub stray
• Modernization of audit video system to the latest state of the art
• Paint and fairing work with certified and proven systems and in co-operation with independent paint specialists
• Repaint service, incl. filler work, possible to finalized in the Caribbean -Med interval
• Blasting and anti-fouling systems, tank treatments
• Specialist for new build, replacement or repair of composite structures, masts or exterior styling elements. Lightweight or conventional
• Specialist for system upgrades and refurbishments such as propulsion systems, underwater gears, re-propping, LED lighting
• Exhaust modifications solving back pressure problems, soot deposit prevention
• Engine room system update to meet the latest requirements
• Hull or appendage modifications, bulbous bows with our CNC-prefab technology possible within 4 weeks.
• Stability analysis and inclining experiments to classification including updating stability booklets and hydrostatics documentation
• Measuring, digitising existing hulls
